Angel Pierce and Jessica Morgan have been best friends since sophomore year in high school.  Brian Paravicini and Kent Morgan have been best friends since a little after high school.  When Jessica and Kent started dating, Jessica introduced her friends to Kent's friends.

 

On February 12, 2004, Angel decided to take a trip to visit Jessica since Kent was out of town.  Brian had met Angel once before during a short visit she had in San Jose.  Jessica informed Brian that Angel was coming to visit and he suggested going out to dinner.  That is where it all began.

 

Since then, Angel and Brian have moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where they are living happily with their dog Toby. 

 HOW THEY GOT ENGAGED

Brian had been planning for a while to propose to Angel while they were in Hawaii September 2006.  But, Angel had absolutely no idea.  People at Angel's work had even been asking if she thought he would propose in Hawaii but Angel's response was "he is not smart enough to do something like that."  Little did she know he had something up his sleeve.

 

On September 24th, Angel and Brian had been shopping all day in Hawaii and Brian suggested going up stairs and getting ready early for dinner.  He wanted to go down stairs before dinner and relax by the ocean.  The two got ready and headed down to the beach.  Angel was a little hesitant because she had heels and did not want to get sand in them.  Brian convinced to take off her shoes and walk on beach. That is where he got on one knee and asked her to marry him.
